A Quick Solar Panels Installation Guide – Step by Step Process for Beginners

We all know that the main purpose of solar panels is all about generating electricity for home and commercial purposes. You will install the panels on top of the rooftops for getting maximum sunlight. And this sunlight will help you to generate a high amount of electricity from the system. For the successful installation of the Sunnova energy corporation solar panel system, let’ have a quick discussion in the step by step tutorial:

Step No 1: Mounting the Installation

The first step of the process is fixing the Launchpad solar city mounts which are used for supporting the solar panels. You can either perform the flush mount or the roof-ground mounts based on your requirements. This base structure helps provide support and great sturdiness. You should be giving extra care to the PV panels for long-lasting usage. If the mounting structure has been slightly tilted, you should fix the tilting angle as in between 18 to 36 degrees.

Step No 2: Installation of Solar Panels

The second step is about the fixing of the Trina solar panels through the mounting structure. Tighten up the bolts and nuts carefully. This will enable the solar panel to stay for long years and has a highly durable nature.

Step No 3: Perform the Electrical Wiring

Coming step is about the electrical wiring. Universal Connectors such as MC4 are best to use at the time of wiring. This is because all these connectors are yet connected with the various solar panels. You can connect these panels' electricity in the form of series. Series are divided into two main types such as series connection and parallel connection.

Step No 4: Connecting System to Solar Inverter

Connect the solar system with the solar inverter. The positive wire of the solar panel will be connected with the Positive terminal of your inverter and the negative wire of the solar panel will be connected with the negative terminal. You will connect the solar inverter with the solar battery and then grind input for producing electricity.

Step No 5: Connecting Solar Inverter and Solar Battery

Now you will be connecting the solar battery and solar inverter. Connect the positive wire of the solar panel with the Positive terminal of your inverter and the negative wire of the solar panel will be connected with the negative terminal. The battery is also required within the off-grid solar system for the storage of electricity backup.

Step No 6: Connecting Solar Inverter to the Grid

Next, you have to connect the Jinko solar panels inverter with the grid. For making this connection, you can use a normal plug for connecting the main power of the switchboard. Output wire is then connected with the electric board from where the supply of electricity is given to the whole home.

Step No 7: Starting the Solar Inverter

Once you are done with the connections and electrical wiring, you should turn on the inverter switch which is the main switch of your home. Most of the solar inverters are having digital display with which you can see the stats related to the generation and the usage of the entire solar unit.
